In the "Woodburn Rules and Regulation" they said if a car is covered or parked in a visitor spot for several weeks, with be towed right away. Um....Hello I don't see you ppl at the office doing anything. I pay HOA fee every month for this piece of crap. All you do is clean the neighborhood when its still look the same. They required new parking permit stickers to be put on your car by October 1st. In the past 11 or so years they have given a grace period and would leave a warning on your car. Well today October 3rd (2 days after), I come out to leave for work and my car was gone from my space. Come to find out it was towed because I still had the old permit sticker on. So I had to take a cab to the tow place and pay $150 to get it out. Then I find a note on my car from Woodburn from 3:00 AM telling me they were going to tow it at 3:30 AM. Wow thanks for the 30 minute warning in the middle of the night. Seems as if they are out to get you. Woodburn must be getting some kind of kick back from the towing company to pull that on an Owner. Why not give me a warning in the morning saying if I don't have a new permit by the end of the day it will be towed? Because they wouldn't make any money! Shouldn't they spend their time towing people illegally parked there with no permit or guess pass? I had a permit and was in MY OWN SPACE. So now I am out $160 plus had to miss a half day of work.
